The Board of directors would like to know if any members would be interested in attending the Plymouth Drum Corps reunion show on November 20, 2010.  The board would provide the bus and you purchase tickets.  We are looking into getting a block of tickets that the members could purchase.  Please email Sandra at sancla@msn.com   We will move forward with this if we have enough interest. The Board has been approached by the McNeil Family. They are sponsors of a charity golf tournament which will be held on Saturday September 11, 2010 at Highfields Golf Club in Grafton, MA. The money will go to the Alzheimer’s Association, The Jimmy Fund, Kids with Cancer and local causes.  The 2010 honorees are Joseph Lussier, Ovila "Frenchy" Massey and Muriel Massey. The event is open to the first 144 players and it is first come first serve.  Click on the attached link for more information.  We have also been asked if we would like to perform at the event.  More details will be posted when available

Due to the lack of participation we will not be fielding a corps for the 2010 season. The board would like to thank all of those who attended the 3 rehearsals.   The board will meet to determine how we will proceed for the future. More details will be provided when available. 

4/11/2010

Next rehearsal will be held Sunday evening April 18, 2010 from 6:30pm-9:00pm  If you are planning on marching for 2010 please attend so we can determine how many people we will have.  Parades and performances will be determined soon.

The 2010 season will be dedicated to the memory of Frenchy Massey and Bucky Libby. Both were a big influence to the corps and are greatly missed. Please join us for the 2010 season to honor their memories.

The Board of Directors announces with heavy hearts the passing of former corps director Frenchy Massey. Frenchy was the heart and soul of the drum corps. He will be missed by all that knew him.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the Massey family.

Dear Friends, Thank you so much for the flowers you sent Rugi. The musical tribute to Rugi was wonderful. One of Rugi's favorite sons was "How Great Thou Art", and it was played that night. While you were playing I was looking at where Rugi would have stood and wishing he was there. Most of all, I thank you sincerely for each of you giving me a rose and a hug. Hugs are so good! It was quite a night - very emotional. I will miss Rugi being with you. I enjoyed going to parades with him. Even though we all miss him, we know he has earned his eternal reward and has everlasting happiness. He is playing with the angels. Much love, Irene Rugoletti and family
